The Councillors and Staff of Chalfont St Giles Parish Council are deeply saddened by the news of the death of  His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.

The Parish Council join with The Royal Family and people around the world in mourning his loss.

Members of the public may wish to consider making a donation to a charity of their choice, or one of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Patronages in memory of His Royal Highness, instead of leaving floral tributes.

Chalfont St Giles Parish Church will be including prayers for His Royal Highness in their services at 8am and 10am on Sunday 11 April 2021 and the church will be open for private prayers between 2pm and 4pm that afternoon and then from 10am to 4pm from Tuesday to Saturday.
